Slow braised lamb shank, wholegrain mustard mash, roasted vegetables, redcurrant jus

Sea bass with sautéed green beans, sun blushed tomatoes, confit potatoes, caper and basil dressing

Goats cheese and red onion tartlet, buttered new potatoes, dressed leaf or seasonal vegetables

6oz centre cut rump steak, confit mushroom and tomato, hand cut chunky chips, peppercorn sauce

12th Century village church of St Edmunds.
