We are sadly postponing this event until we can get a bit more popularity – we would love to hear from you on a date that would make a “gin”-erous uptake.

The Menu

Pressed Chicken and Ham Hock Terrine

Apple jel, pickled vegetables, toasted sour dough.


Pan Fried Scallops

Parsnip Puree, Mr Taylor’s black pudding, crispy pancetta, truffle oil.


Sous Vide duck breast

Potato fondant, honey glazed baby vegetables, garden grown blackberries, duck Jus.


Chocolate Torte

Raspberry sorbet, fresh raspberries, orange tuiles.


Selection of Locally Sourced Cheeses

Oat cakes, grapes, celery, quince jelly

12th Century village church of St Edmunds.
